First you have root access in your mobile phone if u have not search in Google – how to root Android
And try some rooting method these apps providing all phone models root access with one click

Step 2 :-
If you have a rooted device now download the Folder Mount app from Google Play after you downloaded the app
Step 3 :-
Open the folder mount then open the apps analyzer option and make a pair
Step 4 :-
open the pair list and slide to on the button then you have move to SD card feature in your Android device
